I. In reference to the Office of the President – Social Secretary’s Office (OPSOSEC) dated August 10, 2024, re: National Parol-Making Competition “Isang Bituin, Isang Mithiin, with theme “Harmonies of Hope: Illuminating Filipino Resilience”, this Office encourages all public secondary schools to participate in the above-mentioned competition.
2. Moreover, this Office will conduct an onsite meeting on September 10, 2024,2 PM, at the Division Conference Room.
3. The participants in this meeting are secondary teachers designated by their school principals as focal persons for the competition.

5. Participation in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
