1. This office issues the enclosed copy of Memorandum Circular Order No. 004 – S – 2016 received from the Office of the City Mayor of Dasmarinas, Honorable Mayor Jennifer Austria- Barzaga that expresses its commitment in advocating the significance of achieving academic excellence among the youth through the perennial conduct of GAWAD KARANGALAN NG LUNGSOD NG DASMARINAS.
2. This shall guide all the Public Elementary Schools on the submission of requirements for prospective honorees as well as on other important details relative to the conduct of the 2016 GAWAD KARANGALAN NG LUNGSOD NG DASMARINAS.
