1. In reference to the letter from the Office of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer dated September 9, 2024, this office hereby requests the participation of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SELG) and Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-0) Presidents and selected Red Cross Youth Council Officers to the Disaster Preparedness Advocacy for Learner-Leaders on September 27, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Bulwagang Sigasig, CSDO.
2. This activity aims to involve children and learners in disaster risk reduction and resilience education in their role as key stakeholders.
3. Attached to this Memorandum are the following:
a) Communication Letter from OPSWDO;
b) List of participants; and
c) Parental Consent

5. Travel expenses and other incidental expenses incurred by attendees shall be charged to local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
