1. In reference to the enclosed Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) Advisory dated September 20, 2024, and to Division Memorandum No. 462, s. 2024 on the Administration of the 2024 Special Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT), this Office would like to inform all qualified registrants for the 2024 Special PEPT and their parents that the final schedule of the test is on October 6, 2024 at Dasmariñas Integrated High School (DIHS). Examinees and their parents are advised to refer to the enclosed Room Assignment.
2. All examinees are expected to be at the testing center before 6:00am on October 6, 2024. They are advised to bring with them the following: (a) lead pencils (#2); (b) eraser and sharpener; (c) blank sheets of paper; and (d) snacks/lunch and drinking water.
3. Per BEA Advisory, “The Division Testing Coordinator (DTC) shall be responsible for facilitating the registration process and collecting the necessary documentary requirements. They can still accept test registrants to utilize the test materials allocated for their respective Schools Division Offices (SD0s). The DTCs shall identify the cut-off date for accepting test registrants to manage the evaluation of the submitted documentary requirements before the test administration. Walk-in registrants shall not
be accommodated during the test administration.”. Since there are one hundred seventy-one (171) sets of test materials allocated for this SDO compared to the seventy-eight (78) initial qualified registrants, the registration for the 2024 Special PEPT shall be reopened until September 30, 2024, Monday, 4:00pm.
