Pursuant to RA 10533, also known as Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013, this stipulates that the State shall create a functional basic education system that will develop productive and responsive citizens equipped with the essential competencies, skills, and values for both life-long learning and employment.
In harmony with this, the City Schools Division finds it fitting to encourage secondary school heads to establish and maintain assessment centers to ensure that all learners will receive the highest skills training in TLE; furthermore, this will also guide our teachers to quality assessment that will subsequently lead to National Certificate II.
The Education Program Supervisor in TLE shall provide technical assistance relative to the application for competency assessment center.
Attached are the list of documents, requirements, and self-assessment checklist needed to be prepared and subjected to TESDA accreditation.
