1. Relative to the Division Memorandum No. 554 s.2024 dated July 29, 2024, re FY 2025 NEP, as we approach the end of current fiscal year, it is imperative that we finalize our Work and Financial Plan for Fiscal Year 2025. This plan is crucial for outlining our operational priorities and budget allocations for the upcoming year.
2. With this, the Budget and Finance Section together with the Planning and Research Unit will conduct the Finalization of School’s Work and Financial Plan (WFP) FOR FY 2025 on October 24, 2024 at the Dasmarinas Integrated High School – Library.
3. The key actions required are the following:
a. Review and Update Plans – ensure that all plans are aligned with the school’s overall strategic directions as reflected in the School Improvement Plan
b. Budget Alignment (as per budget proposal 2025) – verify that all proposed activities are accurately reflected in the budget 2025 and budget allocation are realistic and support our strategic goals.
4. Participants in this activity are the elementary and secondary school heads. They are advised to bring WFP submitted during the budget preparation last February 2024, laptops and extension cords.
5. Timely and accurate finalization of these plans is essential for ensuring that we are all prepared for the next fiscal year. It allows us to allocate resources efficiently and monitor progress effectively.
