1. In reference to the Division Memorandum No. 55 s. 2024 or the Conduct of the 2024 Regional Athletic Meet, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas will conduct the 2024 Dasmarinas City Athletic Meet on November 19-21, 2024, at the various sports events stated below.
2. This Office, through the Health and Nutrition Unit of the Schools Governance and Operations Division, will conduct medical and dental examinations of athletes on the dates reflected in the Enclosure attached to this Memorandum at Dasmarinas II Central School-Library.
3. Moreover, the following health personnel shall facilitate the conduct of the said activity: Dr. Brenda A. Igos, Dr. Jasmin Reyes, Dr. Maria Valerie N. Ribay, Dr. Louvelle Lyn P. Garan, Maria Leilani Coronado, Maria Cricelda Felizardo, Ruel Docot, Victor Roman Peji, Gracielle Dela Cuesta, Katherine Delantar, Ezekiel Reyes, and Jackielyn Rom.
4. Participants in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
