1. Relative to a letter received from Mr. Joven E. Dicen, CSWD Officer/CCPC Secretariat, this Division requests for the participation of the selected SSLG Officers and Teacher-Advisers in the City and DSWD IV-A National Children’s Month Regional Kick-Off Activity on November 9, 2024 (Saturday), 8:00 AM onwards at the Kolehiyo ng Lungsod (KLD) ng Dasmarinas Gymnasium.
2. This activity aims to raise awareness on the celebration of National Children’s Month every month of November with this year’s theme “Break the Prevalence, End the Violence: Protecting Children, Creating a Safe Philippines!”.
3. Attached to this memorandum is the List of Participants, and the template of the Parental Consent which shall be facilitated by the Teacher-Advisers to ensure its accomplishment before the above-mentioned date. It is advised that the Parental Consent of the selected SSLG Officers shall be uploaded on the given link below:

4. The Teacher-Advisers who will attend the activity will also be served as the learner’s chaperone. In the event that the selected participant is not available on the said date, it is highly encouraged to ensure that there will be a replacement on his/her behalf who will attend the activity.
