1. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will be holding a Division Performance Review Cum Planning Workshop on April 19- 21, 2016 at Estrella De Mendoza Playa Resort, San Juan, Batangas.
2. This three- day activity aims to:
a. asses accomplishment of each department in the Curriculum Implementation, School
governance, and different departments of Schools Division Office;
b. identify the things done, not done and yet to be done;
c. identify the best practices of each department;
d. craft the 2016 Office Performance Commitment Review Form (OPCRF).
3. Participants to this activity are the Education Program Supervisors, Public School District Supervisors, Schools Governance and Operations Division, Department Heads of Office of the Schools Division Superintendent, and Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads.

4. Participants are advised to prepare their accomplishment report with 3 – 5 minutes presentation highlighting targets and accomplishments based on Office performance Targets.
5. Participants should be at the venue at exactly 8 o’ clock in the morning.
6. Accommodation and transportation expenses relative to this activity will be charged to the Special Education Fund (SEF) subject to usual accounting and auditing procedure
7. Attached to this Memorandum are the matrices of activities, opening and closing program.
8. Immediate dissemination of the Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
