1. This is to inform the field of the designation of Dr. Francis Kenneth D. Hernandez, Principal IV, as the Competency Assessment Center Manager of Dasmarinas Integrated High School, effective November 5, 2024.
2. All papers for signature of the Competency Assessment Center Manager shall be prepared in the following manner:

3. It is understood that this designation is temporary and may be rescinded at any time for the best interest of the service and does not come with additional renumeration.
