1.Pursuant with the provisions of DepEd Order No. 14, s. 2020 (Guidelines on the Required Health Standards in Basic Education Offices and Schools) which details the provision of mental health and psychosocial support services (MHPSS) to increase the mental resilience of learners and DepEd personnel and with reference to DO 32, s. 2017 re: Gender Responsive Basic Education Policy which commits to integrate the principles of gender equity, gender equality, no-discrimination and human rights in the provision and governance of basic education and RA 9262 OF 2004 or otherwise known as “Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children” that gives emphasis on the state recognizing the value of dignity of women and children, with the guarantee of full respect to human rights and needs to protect family and its members particularly the women and their children from violence and threats to their personal safety and security, this Office will conduct the Division GAD Training cum Year-End Thanksgiving on December 11-13, 2024.
2. Attached herewith is the approved Indicative Activities and the Program Management Team. Virtual orientation will commence on December 11 via MS Teams and the culmination on December 12-13 at the Forest Crest Nature Hotel and Resort, Nasugbu, Batangas.
