1. The Department of Education Region IV-A, through the Curriculum and Learning Management Division (CLMD)-Learning Resource Management Section (LRMS) will be conducting the 2025 CALABARZON Learning Resource Expo (CLRE) on January 27-30, 2025. CLRE is a platform for Schools Division Offices to showcase high-quality, innovative, and inclusive learning resources aligned with the new curriculum. Materials which support numeracy, literacy, and critical thinking across all key stages is the highlight of the expo.
2. Relative to this, the CID-LRMS is calling for submission of additional learning resources to be displayed at the said expo. Materials to be submitted must have undergone school-level quality assurance. Hence, the submitted learning resource must have an attached accomplished QA tool and signed specialty clearance form. Attached in this Memorandum are the types of learning resources to be displayed, quality assurance tool, and specialty clearance form.
3. The Division CID-LRMS shall conduct a screening and selection of the submitted materials. Additionally, CID-LRMS shall notify the developers of selected
learning resources. The developers of selected learning resources shall be issued a special certificate relative to the materials’ utilization during the expo.
4. Learning resources with the required necessary attachments may be submitted to leylanie.adao@deped.gov.ph with copy furnished to katreziafiel.macawile@deped.gov.ph and marites.chavez002@deped.gov.ph on or before January 07, 2025 (Tuesday).
