1. Following the implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP), all concerned schools are directed to conduct the height and weight measurement of SBFP beneficiaries from January 6 to 10, 2025.
2. In this regard, the following guidelines are hereby provided for your reference:
a. ALL SBFP beneficiaries are required to undergo the Midline Nutritional Status Assessment, specifically utilizing the Body Mass Index (BMI) and Height-for- Age (HFA). It is imperative that 100% of the reports are completed.
b. Use the Body Mass Index Software or School Form 8 (SF8) provided by the Central Office for encoding the data.
c. All completed reports must be submitted to the School Health and Nutrition Unit via email at hnuAdepeddasma.edu.ph on or before January 10, 2025.
