1. Relative to DM No. 940, s. 2024 titled Donate Hope “Hope For Optimism And A Passion For Eagerness: A Donation Drive of Division Federated SSLG, Division Federated Secondary YES-0 and Division Federated Secondary BKD Plus, the field hereby informs that the sorting of in-kind donations will be scheduled on December 16, 2024, Monday at 1:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M. at the DS SSLG Office.
2. The participants in this activity are the Division Federated SSLG, Division Federated Secondary YES-0, Division Federated Secondary BKD Plus and Division Youth Formation Coordinators. Learner-participants must submit the Parental Consent and Waiver Form (Please refer to Enclosure 1) to confirm their attendance and shall be upload the accomplished form through the link below:

3. Moreover, participation to this activity is purely VOLUNTARY and shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, along with strict compliance with other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. It is expected that the participants will follow these regulations.
4. Other provisions of DM No. 940, s. 2024, shall remain in effect unless otherwise stated.
