1. In reference to DM-OUHROD-2024-2293 and Regional Memorandum No. 883, s. 2024 titled “Invitation to the 2 nd International Conference on Research Culture and Management in Basic Education”, this Office disseminates to the field the invitation of the National Association of Public Secondary Schools of the Philippines (NAPSSPHIL) to their 2nd International Conference to be held at the Astorias Hotel, Puerto Princesa, Palawan, from May 19-21, 2024.
2. The invited participants in this activity are the school heads, research teachers, and DepEd personnel in-charge of research. However, the participation must not interfere in the conduct of classes.
3. The use of DepEd funds in this event is subject to approval of respective authorities and depending on availability, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
4. Enclosed in this Memorandum are the relevant issuances pertaining to the activity.
