1. Relative to Division Memorandum 703, announcing the conduct of the Division Monitoring of Special Curricular Programs for Science, the following schools are advised of the new schedule of the division monitoring from January 29 to 31, 2025.
2. Enclosed is the list of schools to be monitored, the date 86 time, the monitoring team, and the division-initiated monitoring tool to be used.
3. The result of this division monitoring will be used as a basis for a study to identify the strengths and areas for improvement within the existing programs, explore the challenges faced in sustaining and scaling these initiatives, and develop actionable strategies to address these challenges.
4. Participation in this engagement shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Widest dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are directed.
