1. In accordance with DepEd Order No. 2 s. 2015, Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) in the Department of Education (DepEd), a year-end review is prescribed to determine the progress in achieving the individual objectives stated in the Individual Performance Commitment Review Form (IPCRF). In addition, the results of review and evaluation shall be used for development planning and performance targets for the following rating period.
2. In this regard, the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS) shall conduct a performance review for CY 2024 and planning for CY 2025 on December 26- 27, 2024 via MS Teams and at Splendido Tagaytay Hotel.
