1. Relative to Memorandum DM-OUOPS-2024-09-07607, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas – Health and Nutrition Unit will conduct the Division Orientation on Mental Health Assessment (CARS Assessment Tool). This activity aims to provide participants with knowledge and skills in the conduct of mental health assessment, particularly with the administration, scoring and interpretation of the CARS Assessment Tool.
2. This activity will be conducted at Elijah Hotel, Brgy. Salawag, City of Dasmarinas on January 30-31, 2025.
3. The TWG shall attend on the first day (January 30). On the second day (January 31), school heads or guidance counselors or their designated alternatives, preferably the person who attended the first training on mental health, shall attend.
