1. Relative to the Regional Memorandum No.858, s. 2024, R4A CALABARZON 2025 Regional Schools Press Conference, this Office informs the field of additional schedules for training/cliniquing and changes in training venues.
2. Parental consent allowing the learners to attend the training must be secured.
3. Expenses related to transportation and food for participants attending the training shall be charged against local funds or school paper funds, subject to existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Participants from private schools shall make necessary arrangements with their institutions regarding their training/conference attendance.
4.School heads are reminded to ensure that learners participating in the training and contests are given fair and planned considerations regarding their academic requirements and performance. To this end, school heads are requested to convene a meeting with subject teachers to discuss and agree upon the following:
