1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No.29, s.2022 titled Adoption of Basic Education Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (BEMEF), this Office informs the field about the conduct of 2025 School Leader’s M&E Convergence and Interface on January 21, 2025 at Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School.
2. This activity aims to:
a. Equip School Leaders with the basic understanding about school finance policies, systems and laws;
b. Discuss about eligible and non-eligible expenses in MOOE, and liquidation reporting;
c. Familiarize with the Basic Education Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (BEMEF); and
d. Embrace SPIRPA by utilizing the template for progress report and monitoring.
