1. In compliance with DepEd Memorandum DM-OUHROD-2024-3470 titled “Issuance and Adoption of the Revised Electronic School Form 7 (ESF7) Tool Starting School Year 2024-2025”, which aims to streamline and simplify processes in accomplishing reports in relation to school-based workforce management, this Office shall conduct a virtual orientation on the adoption of revised Electronic School Form 7 (ESF) on January 30, 2025, at 1:00 pm onwards via MS Teams. The link shall be forwarded to official group prior to the meeting.
2. The participants in this activity are all public elementary and secondary school heads and one (1) representative per school in-charge of the preparation of SF7.
3. This activity adheres to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
