In line with the recent advisory from the City Health Office of Dasmarinas regarding the preventive measures to avoid the transmission of Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD), all public and private schools, daycare centers, and relevant personnel are hereby directed to adhere to the following guidelines and actions to prevent the spread of HFMD within our educational institutions.
