1. For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of DepEd Order No. 48, s. 2018 together with the Joint Circular from the Commission on Elections and the Civil Service Commission pertaining to the above-mentioned subject.
2. Attention is hereby invited to paragraph 2 emphasizing the prohibitions in engaging in any electioneering and partisan political activity captured from the Omnibus Election Code and Administrative Code of 1987 which are considered an election offense punishable by law. Paragraph 4 also highlights the activities classified as partisan political in nature.
