1. Due to conflict of schedule of majority of those involved and attendance to equally important regional office and inter-agency activities, the field is hereby informed of the changes in the schedule of the Basic Life Support Training for School Heads (Lecture Demonstration) Batch 4 at Bulwagang Sigasig, CSDO from February 28, 2025 to March 13, 2025.
2.Other stipulations previously communicated in relation to Division Memorandum No. 081, s. 2025 are still in effect.
3. Widest dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
