1. Pusuant to DM-OUHROD-2025-0410 titled Submission of the FY 2024 Zero Backlog Report, this Office informs the participants with unclaimed certificates from the 2024 training to claim their certificates at the Records Unit of the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas. Further, it is advised that all certificates must be claimed no later than March 7, 2024.
2. To complete the claiming process, participants are required to scan the QR code posted in the office, which will serve as the official logbook. Please ensure a stable internet connection for this step.
3. Attached is the list of participants with unclaimed certificates for reference.
