1. Pursuant to the Joint Memorandum of Department of Education’s Office of the Curriculum and Teaching and Office of Finance dated November 18, 2024 titled “2024 Implementing Guidelines of the Program Support Fund (PSF) for the Administration of Rapid Mathematics Assessment (RMA) and Printing of RMA Tools and Mathematics Supplementary Learning Materials”, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division, announces the release of Fund for the Administration of Rapid Mathematics Assessment.
2. This activity aims to ensure the availability of learning materials and assessment tool for the effective implementation of Rapid Mathematics Assessment for Key Stage 1, 2 and 3.
3. The school shall facilitate the procurement, production, and distribution of materials based on their current number of enrollees. Attached in Enclosure 1 is the Sub-Allotment Release Order (SARO), Allocation of Funds per school in Enclosure 2, and the PSF guidelines in Enclosure 3.
4. The utilization of the funds shall be in accordance with the existing budgeting, accounting, auditing, and procurement rules and regulation.
