1. In line with the DepEd Memorandum No. 24, s. 2025 regarding Administration of the National Achievement Test for Grade 6 for School Year 2024-2025, this Office announces the conduct of onsite monitoring of Administration of NAT Grade 6 on April 3, 2025 – Thursday, from 6:00 am onwards, to all Public Elementary Schools and select Private Elementary Schools.
2. Enclosed is the composition of the monitoring team, the terms of reference, and monitoring tool to be used.
