The attached Memorandum outlines the following key areas: scope and coverage, implementing procedures, eligibility criteria for learners, learning modalities, time allotment, classroom assessment, benefit for remedial teachers, timeline implementation, advocacy and safety protocols, funding sources, and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
