1. For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is Regional Memorandum No. 280, s. 2025, re: Training Schedules for Delegates Participating in the 2025 Palarong Pambansa, to be held from May 19 to June 2, 2025, in Ilocos Norte.
2. To ensure a highly competitive Team CALABARZON for the 2025 Palarong Pambansa, a Live-In and Live-Out Training Program for official delegates in SDO Dasmariñas City will be conducted from April 28 to May 18, 2025. Trainings will take place at the City of Dasmariñas Sports Complex and other designated venues, including identified Schools Division Offices (SD0s) where assigned coaches, assistant coaches, chaperones, and trainers are based.
3.All athletes, coaches, assistant coaches, chaperones, and trainers are required to be present at the venue for the entire duration of the training period. Each athlete must submit a duly accomplished Parental Consent Form on or before April 28, 2025. Coaches shall be responsible for collecting and submitting the forms to the Division Sports Office (DSO). Please refer to the attached template.
