1. Pursuant to DM-OUOPS-2025 & Regional Memorandum No. 279, s. 2025 titled “Prohibition on the conduct of direct or indirect Electioneering and Partisan Political Activity”, this Office reiterates the strict compliance of all DepEd personnel in the said Memorandum.
2. Paragraph 2 states the steadfast commitment of the entire Department on upholding educational integrity and safeguarding learners from political bias and influence. Partisan political activities such as but not limited to electioneering, campaigning or the grant of monetary incentives to learners or DepEd personnel are strictly prohibited. Moreover, paragraph 3 clearly states the policy on the prohibition of vote-buying and vote-selling and other prohibited acts provided by Article H and Article III of COMELEC Resolution No. 1104 promulgated last January 28, 2025.
