Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum (PAS-OD-014) pertaining to the abovementioned subject, the field is hereby informed of the official Division Public Assistance Coordinator (PAC) in the person of our Legal Officer, Atty. Alexis Victor G. Balicas. He and his alternate (Ms. April Rose H. Teñoso) will proactively address enrollment-related queries and concerns from the general public together with the Division Field Technical Assistance Teams (DFTATs) which shall handle the monitoring of the Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE) for School Year 2025-2026.
