Pursuant to ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) under Clause 5.3: Organizational roles, responsibilities, and authorities, the Top Management is required to assign an alternate person to act in the absence of the “In charge” (or designated personnel). This ensures continuous operation and accountability within the QMS, even when the primary leader is unavailable. The purpose is to maintain consistent quality management practices and prevent disruptions in the system and to ensure continuous and efficient service delivery within the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD), the field is hereby informed of necessary operational adjustments and mechanisms to allow seamless execution of responsibilities, especially during instances of overlapping activities or focal point unavailability.
