1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 079, s. 2025, regarding the conduct of the Annual School Building Assessment, Hazard Mapping, and CSS Tool Monitoring from February to April 2025, several concerns were raised during the activity. These include requests for school furniture, repair and/or construction of covered courts, installation of CCTV cameras, and installation of solar power systems.
2. Thus, all schools are hereby requested to accomplish the required file through the link below on or before May 25, 2025.
3. This document aims to consolidate data on proposed and completed projects under LGU support for validation and prioritization purposes. Please be reminded that non-compliance may result in your school’s request not being prioritized.
