1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 013, s. 2023, titled “Adoption of the National Learning Recovery Program (NLRP) in the Department of Education,” which underscores the implementation of targeted learning interventions to address learning gaps; in accordance with DepEd Order No. 010, s. 2025, re: “Guidelines for the Implementation of the 2025 Department of Education Summer Programs,” which provides policy direction for summer learning initiatives; and consistent with Regional Memorandum No. 297, s. 2025, or the “Regional Implementation of the Care+1 (Cognitive Activities for Reading Enhancement and Numeracy) as a 2025 DepEd Summer Program to Strengthen Foundational Literacy and Numeracy in Key Stages 2, 3, and 4,” this Office reminds all schools of the importance of promoting full learner participation and sustained engagement in the ongoing summer remediation  programs, namely: the Literacy Remediation Program, the Summer Academic Remedial Program, and the CALABARZON Care+1 Program.

2.Based on the monitoring conducted by the Curriculum and Implementation Division (CID) Supervisors on May 19, 2025, it was discovered that only 499 out of 542 or 92.07% of the total expected attendees participated in the remediation programs implemented by the monitored schools.
