1. In line with the implementation of Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM), this Office informs all Administrative Officers, Administrative Assistants, and Personnel-in-Charge of Records and Human Resource Management to update the 201 files of all teaching, non-teaching, and related-teaching employees assigned in their respective schools.
2. The following schedule matrix will be used to guide all the assigned A0s, AdAs, and Personnel-in-Charge of each school (under specific cluster) in order to have a smooth checking and updating of 201 files in the Division Office.
