1. Pursuant to the OUOPS Memorandum dated May 5, 2024, titled “Interim Guidelines of the Learner Government Program (LOP) for School Year 2023-2024”, and to ensure an efficient implementation of Learner Government Program, the Division Federated Supreme Secondary Learner Government (DFSSLG) for SY 2025- 2026, through the School Governance and Operations- Learner Formation Program, informs the field regarding the conduct of the Division Federated SSLG SY 2025-2026 1st Executive Meeting on June 30, 2025 (Monday), 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. at the Division Conference Room.
2. This meeting aims to deliberate possible initiatives and proposals that the federation can still implement to leave a lasting impact. Specifically, the agenda of the meeting is as follows:
a) Presentation and finalization of the General Plan of Action;
b) Formation and designation of Committees;
c) Discussion and approval of the DFSSLG Uniform; and
d) Other relevant matters.
3. The participants in this meeting are the Division Federated SSLG Executive Officers, and Division Youth Formation Coordinators (Please see Enclosure). Learner participants are expected to submit the Parental Consent and Waiver Form attached to this memorandum to signify their confirmation of attendance.
