1. In reference to DepEd Memorandum OUEOD-202400565 titled “Uploading of WASH in Schools (WinS) Monitoring Data for School Year 2024-2025”, this Division enjoins all public schools to submit their validated WinS Monitoring Tool for the timely uploading of results to the Basic Education Information System (BEIS).
2. It is expected that schools assess their performance via structured system of monitoring and recognition using the Three-Star Approach (TSA), thus, promoting continuous improvement and measurable results in school communities.
3. Moreover, public elementary and secondary schools shall use the latest WinS Monitoring Tool (2025 version) and submit the duly accomplished tool in the google drive link: https://tinyurl.com/afc465yp on or before July 18, 2025. It is reiterated to download the file and rename it with this format:
SCHOOL ID-NAME OF SCHOOL-WINS-SY 2024-2025
