1. In line with the Department of Education’s commitment to uphold continuous improvement and ensure evidence-based strategic planning, all public elementary and secondary schools are hereby required to submit their finalized School Improvement Plan (SIP) for SY 2025-2028 on or before July 25, 2025.
2. The SIP must be aligned with the Five-Point Reform Agenda, the Basic Education Development Plan (BEDP), and the Division Education Development Plan (DEDP) to ensure coherence with the national and division priorities.
3. A Division Appraisal Team, composed of selected personnel from the Schools Governance and Operations Division (SGOD), Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), and other relevant units, will conduct the appraisal of submitted SIPs from July 28 to August 1, 2025. The appraisal aims to assess the quality, relevance, and alignment of the SIPs with established standards and strategic goals. The modality and venue of the appraisal process will be communicated to schools prior to their scheduled appraisal date.
