1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 213 s. 2025, titled “Creation of the Division Harmonized Handbook Development Team for Special Curricular Programs for Science,” this Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) announces the continuation of Division Handbook Development for the Special Curricular Program for Science.
2. Based on the findings from the monitoring conducted for the SSES and STE Programs last SY 2024-2025, the following key areas have been identified as the focus for harmonization:
a. Admission Process
b. Class Management and Schedule
c. Curriculum and Instruction
d. Assessment of Learning
e. Monitoring and Evaluation
3. In line with this, a collaboration writeshop will be conducted for SSES and STE Coordinators along with their respective Co-Focal person to support the development process. The writeshop for the Special Science Elementary School (SSES) will be held at Sta. Cristina Elementary School on July 14, 2025, while for Science Technology and Engineering (STE) Program writeshop will be held at Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School on July 16, 2025, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The official list of designated team members and attendees is attached herewith for reference.
