1. Authority is hereby granted to Vanessa R. Barcarse, Public Schools District Supervisor of Cluster II, to conduct a meeting on July 8, 2025,9:00 AM, at the Paliparan III Elementary School ICT Room.
2. The meeting will cover the following:
a. walkthrough of the slide decks and session guides;
b. preparation of materials to be used; and
c. other matters.
3. The meeting will be attended by selected Elementary and Secondary School Heads, Master Teachers, and Head Teachers. (Please see attached list of attendees.)
4. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face meeting shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
