Relative to Division Memorandum No. 448, s. 2025 on the Division-wide Team Monitoring of Literacy and Numeracy Activities and Interventions in Schools, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), disseminates the enclosed Monitoring Tool and STAR Observation Guide which will be used during the team monitoring.
2. All other provisions in Division Memorandum No. 448, s. 2025 shall remain in effect.
