1. Relative to our approved request to the Dasmariñas Water District to conduct free water quality analysis, which aims to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for all learners and school personnel, this Division, through the Health and Nutrition unit, announces the conduct of a Free Water Quality Analysis to forty-five (45) public schools in SDO Dasmarinas City.
2. This initiative aims to assess the potability and safety of drinking water in public school facilities. To facilitate the process, all school heads are requested to accomplish the required information on or before August 1, 2025 through the Google Sheet at the link below:

4. The data submitted will be forwarded to the Water District to facilitate the testing process. Only schools that complete the required fields in the provided form will be included in the free testing. Schools that do not respond will not be covered under this initiative.
