1. Authority is hereby granted to Miguel R. Melendres, Senior Education Program Specialist and Division Sports Officer (DSO), to conduct an in-person meeting on Thursday, August 14, 2025, 10:00 AM at Bulwagang Sigasig, 2nd Floor Division Office.
2. Agenda to this meeting are as follows:
a. School Sports Club Culminating and Intramurals;
b. Policy Guidelines of the School Sports Club;
b. Cluster and DIPSSAA Meet Athletes Medical Examination;
d. SSEED Program Batch 5 Status; and
e. DCAAM Technical Officials.
3. The attendees of this meeting are the school sports coordinators, select Project GILAS executive committee members, and tournament managers.
4. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. Thus, it is expected that the School Heads shall make necessary arrangements in compliance therewith.
