1. Relative to the Council Memorandum No. 2, s. 2025, titled Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Annual Registration, in pursuant to DepEd-DBM-DILG Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2017, which provides guidelines on the utilization of the Special Education Fund (SEF), and in reference to the support extended by the City Government of Dasmariñas under the leadership of Hon. Mayor Jennifer Austria Barzaga, the Schools Division Office is pleased to inform all concerned that a total of P500,000.00 has been allotted for the membership fees of boy scouts in public schools within the division.
2. This initiative supports the holistic development of learners by promoting discipline, leadership, and civic consciousness through active scouting participation.
3. Based on school population data of male learners, and considering the P50.00 membership fee per scout, a total of 10,000 scout memberships shall be covered and distributed as follows:
