Attached herewith is a letter from Department of Agriculture (DA), in collaboration with the Department of Education (DepEd) re: with the annual celebration of World Food Day (WFD), the regional field office will be spreading a Regional On-the-Spot Poster Making Contest. The initial screening of entries (via submission) is on September 4, 2025, 12:00 N.N. From the entries received, the top twenty-five (25) posters will be selected and the student-artists behind them will be invited to the Regional On-the-Spot Poster Making Contest proper on September 19, 2025, for your appraisal with utmost consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance with other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
