1. Attached copy for information and guidance of all concerned is DepEd Memorandum No. 53,s. 2016 dated, March 30, 2016 entitled, Administration of the 2016 Special Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) which shall be administered for free by the Department of Education through the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) together with the assistance of personnel from the Schools Division Office and schools on June 19, 2016 at Dasmarinas National High School, Burol I, City of Dasmarinas.
2. Registration of test takers and initial evaluation of documents shall be made in public, private elementary, and secondary schools in the division. Submission of documentary requirements of all registrants to the division will be on or before June 6, 2016 to provide ample time for the finalization and submission of the actual number of registrants to BEA on June 13, 2016.
3. Other guidelines relative to the conduct of the 2016 Special PEPT are provided in the attached Memorandum.
4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
