1. Relevant to DM NO. 668 S. 2024 titled SPARK: Igniting Game-Changing Directions toward Realizing the Dream of Providing a Reimagined Public School Experience, Cluster IV shall be holding the SPARK Night 2025 on August 28, 2025, 03:00pm, at Centennial Hall, De La Salle University – Dasmarinas, to be attended by the Principals, Assistant School Principals, Head Teachers, Master Teachers, and Administrative Officers from the following schools:
– Emmanuel Resurreccion Congressional Integrated High School
– Burol Elementary School
– Ramona S. Tirona Memorial School
– Salitran Elementary School
2. One of the highlights of the said assembly is the launching of DASMASiGaSig Scale: Defining Agile School Management by Assessing Sipag, Galing, and Sigla of School Heads anchored on the work application plan of Dr. Mark Jayson G. Espinosa, Public Schools District Supervisor, Cluster IV, from the Regional Professional Development Program for Supervisors. This initiative aims to humanize the assessment of school heads’ performance by looking into the teachers’ perspectives of their professional, interpersonal, and personal demeanor in the holistic process of school management. Based on PPSSH and DepEd Core Values, a confidential online evaluation shall be received by 10% of teachers from their respective schools randomly to gather feedback. Indicators from the evaluation tool were subjected to teachers and school heads’ analysis and approval.
