1. To address the challenges of preparing Quarterly Assessments, such as test item quality and test item preparation time, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas is set to conduct the Division Orientation-Workshop on Test Item Banking and Questionnaire Generation using the Division Online App on September 24, 2025, 8:00am-5:00pm at a venue to be announced through a separate issuance.
2. This activity aims to ensure that all schools are familiar with the online app geared on test item banking and questionnaire generation. Specifically, it aims to:
a. launch the Division Online App on Test Item Banking and Questionnaire Generation;
b. familiarize School Assessment Coordinators on the functionality of the online app; and
c. agree on the ways forward.
3. Enclosed in this Memorandum are the Program of Activities, List of Participants, and List of Technical Working Group (TWG) Members.
4. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
