1. In line with the nationwide implementation of the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program, all schools in the Division are directed to conduct a Kick-Off Activity on September 15, 2025. This activity marks the official launch of the program at the school level and shall serve as a venue to advocate its objectives and strategies for addressing learning gaps among learners.
2. Schools are encouraged to invite stakeholders such as parents, barangay officials, community leaders, and other partners to the event. Their presence and active involvement will help foster wider understanding, collaboration, and support for the effective and sustained implementation of the program.
3. For guidance, an indicative program matrix is attached. Schools, however, may contextualize or modify the suggested flow of activities to suit their local context, resources, and stakeholder availability.
