Attached herewith is the Region IV-A CALABARZON Memorandum No. 647, s. 2025 relative to the DepEd Memorandum CO-EPS No. 08374 s. 2025, signed by Atty. Fatima Lipp D. Panontongan, Undersecretary and Chief of Staff, and Malcolm S. Garma, Undersecretary for Operations, titled “Application for the National Competitive Examination (NCE) 2025 of the Department of Science and Technology – Philippine Science High School (DOST-PSHSS)”, this Office announces the dissemination of this memorandum to qualified Grades 6 learners from both public and private DepEd recognized elementary schools, for your appraisal with utmost consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
Moreover, participation is purely VOLUNTARY and NO FEE SHALL BE COLLECTED FROM THE PARTICIPATING PUPILS, TEACHERS, OR PARENTS.
